[78-L] What's the story on Victor 17959?

The files say this was withdrawn a month after release, but it couldn't be, since I had a friend look it up in a 1918 Victor catalog, and it was still available for sale. I reported this to John Bolig several months ago. I don't know exactly when the disc was withdrawn (and I'd appreciate knowing), but there's still plenty of copies out there.
