[Taylor Bowie]

Nelson Eddy was doing a night club gig when he became ill on stage, 
collapsed and died.

Spade Cooley finished a number and died off stage of a heart attack.

Simon Barere had a heart attack and died while playing the Grieg
Concerto with the Philadelphia O. I assume that performance was being
recorded, but I have never encountered it anywhere if it exists.
