Several interesting phenomena occur with these labels in the later years of
their existence, and I wonder if anyone has comments on them:
?
<snip>
Also in 1930 there was a race series that appeared only on VT and Diva.
Anyone know how many issues and which artists appeared in it? I know that
Eva Taylor and Katherine Henderson were two, but I haven't yet come across
listings for others.

The 7000 series originally designated recycled Columbia acoustic mxs. not necessarily race. 7060-V is the
earliest electric I note:
Bad habits (100351)/I ain't got nobody (and nobody care for me) (100352)
Boyd Senter (jazzologist supreme)
Later issues include Duke Ellington, Lena wilson, a white blues coupling on 7063-V:
Frankie and Johnny -Gene Autry /St. James Infirmary -Chick Bullock
Margaret Webster
Adelyne Hood
Silver Lear Quartet/Gold Palm Quartet
Hotel Pennsylvania Music
Eddie Younger & his Mountaineers
Georgia Cotton Pickers
The Hokum Trio
David Diehl
