Of course "Edwin Carp" was actually character actor Richard Haydn...can't 
recall if that is stated on the LMS label.

For those of you who haven't heard it,  the sketch is a sort of a Robert 
Benchley or Bob & Ray kind of thing where the  blabbering speaker never 
actually gets to the topic at hand...so we never do know what "Carp's" 
impressions of fish sound like.

Reminds me of another comedy record of the same era with a great word-play 
title:  Cliff Nazarro's Bluebird of "How To Learn to Tap Dance."  It's 
scarcer than his better-known "News of the World" but just as funny.
