[78-L] ^digital TV delayed

my tax dollars at work - hard to think of more important issues than television
- except maybe - every other issue.
why not take the money this conversion is costing people like me
(who could care less about TV) and put it to some good, long lasting
use, like preserving some old recordings or films?
