[78-L] a Herwin puzzler

Hi Jack -
I have no idea where the info came from. Remember that TR spent 20+ 
years assembling the CW discography. Remembering ones sources can be 
problematic.
I have found in my Herwin research that there are at least 6 instances 
thereon of double issues, ie different titles using the same issue 
number - or 2 completely different couplings on 2 different discs using 
the same issue number. I wonder what they were thinking!?
