[78-L] Novelty piano recording dates?

I'm preparing a CD of female novelty pianists of the 1930s and wonder  
if anyone could supply the recording dates and locations for the  
following titles. I suspect most (if not all) were recorded in  
London, and they don't appear in Laird's "Tantalizing Tingles," so I  
further suspect most are post-1933.
