Good question..I'll go upstairs and get it in a minute. The confusion over the 
date of purchase (which I didn't correct while rewriting the message) stems 
from my trying to remember exactly when my wife and I were in Barnes & Noble in 
Buffalo..

Printed in the USofA. First edition December 2008. I guess it could have been done.
