[78-L] Pronounciations and Odd Label Misspellings: Deep Ellum Blues

When I worked in West Virginia (WV) I heard a great true story in this  
regard.  A group of senior high school students were to be bussed to  Washington, 
D.C., for their annual trip.  They would join a bus that was  coming from 
Oklahoma with a group of student that would pick them up for  the ride to DC.  As 
they traveled, there arose a mild hostility between the  two groups of 
students; the WV group was upset by the OK group's mocking of  their dialect, i.e. 
talking like they did.  Gradually it became apparent  that THEY BOTH SPOKE WITH 
THE SAME DIALECT. The rest of the trip was enjoyed by  all!
