[78-L] 78 "Restoration Challenge"!

Hi,

Okay, here's a fast and fairly dirty "It Sends Me" - typical of what I
do for my own listening:-

Some LF processing with DeNoiseLF
EQ lift below ~400Hz
Top end left alone
A bit of declicking with ClickRepair
A bit of decrackling with ScratchFree (the declicking it provides I
find less good)
Mono
Just a tad of sweetening reverb (naughty I know, but there we go!)
Top & tail
And finally normalise to -21dB ish.

Still pretty noisy - a quite low-compromise approach regarding
blunting the Hawk's bill...
