[78-L] Correction re false matrix numbers, was Re: Pacific 231,

Scratch that..it's not in the ARSC Journal piece. I'll try and remember where I 
came across it. And the numbers had to be in the 75000s or higher for that 
theory to have presented itself (the 70000s were single sided purple label).
