They have a television & radio service on satellite called AFRTS & 
it's scrambled at the request of all the networks (who supply free 
programming) so nobody outside of the military can pick up the 
signal. Even if you found a decoder box AFRTS would never authorize 
it for your use so it would never decode anything.
