[78-L] Horowitz "stars and Stripes" Help wanted

I have learned that Mr. Horowitz, played and recorded live this one "at Carnegie Hall, New York on March 28, 1945" Is there a way to get or buy this one?. Was it the first pubic performance?

It seems that the same year he played it in an open "Patriotic Rally" in Central Park. was the same year? Is there a recording of this?

I have it from a CD, but it seems to be from a newer recording.
