[78-L] eBay gripes

Actually,  I think you have it backwards in both cases.  If somebody runs a 
red light and doesn't hit another car,  should that driver not get a ticket? 
The red light runner could have killed someone,  and there was no reason the 
record didn't arrive broken except for luck.

Nor is there is any reason that the PO should  inspect how packages are 
packed or what material is used.  A better idea is to not give away the 
material in the first place...sell the Priority boxes,  envelopes,  etc. at 
the PO and have that charge reflected in a lesser amount of postage charged 
for the package.

And whatever the bottom line for the PO...that Priority Mail material is not 
there for cheapskates to use to pack their media packages.  As others have 
already pointed out,  using the Priority materials for that purpose is the 
same as stealing.

All that said,   I'm with Dave W and others as far as enjoying  "my eBay 
experience"  pretty much all the time.
