[78-L] Bell, Western Electric and Orthophonics

Philharmonic (and other symphonic) sides now transferred to CD. Alas and alack, 
I used 456 for the non-classical items (unidentified dance band on Jan. 15/24, 
two Associated Glee Club sides on March 8 & 10/24) so that will have to be 
baked. The Roa Eaton side is also in that batch but is on 206 (but Mike already 
has a transfer of that item).
