[78-L] Vaughn Meader and Sam Goody

It WAS on Collectors Choice a few years ago, possibly combined with Volume II, 
but doesn't seem to be available from oops, I've just been handed a 
bulletin..this is the 3rd or 4th time today someone's come up with more up to 
date info while I was still replying to a question!
