[78-L] Turn around time for auctions

Hello, folks,
        I'm new to the digest version of this list and new to online 
record auctions.  I'm looking for some advice on how to handle an auction 
in which I recently participated.  Would someone kindly write me off-list 
for a frank discussion of the average timeline between bidding and receipt 
of winnings?
        Basically, the auction closed a month ago, I've been charged $530 
Cdn but I have yet to receive an invoice of my winnings.  I have found the 
service from other auction houses to be terrific if not quick, and they've 
always told me up front what I won.

        I've enjoyed catching up on the 78-L archives.  Thanks for the 
great reading.
