Recently TCM ran a 1934 movie called "Hollywood Party," which features(among others) Jimmy Durante, Laurel and Hardy and the Three Stooges. There is a color segment of the movie which features a Walt Disney short called Hot Chocolate Soldiers. There is no doubt in my mind after listening to this number that the singer is Irving Kaufman.
