Bogdan Horbal and Walter Maksimovich's monumental work, "Lemko Folk Music On Wax Cylinders and American Records (1901-1930)" has just been published in the land of Lemkos.  It's available as an import from author Walter Maksimovich in Florida.

This book comes with a dvd that has 275+ tracks, which are keyed in to copies of record labels.  The book has parallel text in Lemko and English.  Recordings under the general classification Lemko include Lemko-Ukrainian, Carpatho-Russian, Lemko-Russian, Rusyn, Ruthenian, Boyko, and Hutsul.
