Apple Corps Ltd., the Beatles' company, has successfully sued and settled with Apple Inc. several times, and earns many millions of dollars from them to this day. Apple's agreement is that they will not operate in any way in the music business, and since they obviously do -- they're one of the biggest music retailers now, with the iTunes Store -- they've had to pay off.

The actual logos are the least of their worries.
