The "Jazz In The Charts" discs are about 5-6 Euro a piece on amazon.de. With 
links to other retailers who sell them, used or new, at 2-5 Euro.
Amazon.com has them at about 12 dollars a piece; available from other 
retailers at 4-8 dollars.
No trace of an "all-in-one"-offer.
If anyone still cares to buy stolen property...
