2kg = 4.4 lbs. = (+/-) 8.8 78's (I assume the .8 is either the remains of a
broken 78,
or a 9-inch (Emerson? UK Crown?!) which logically counts as .81 phonorecord
(the .01 factor could be used against inherent inaccuracies...?!)
My guess is that this limitation was put in place to prevent us Canucks from
receiving bombs in the mail...or at least LARGE bombs containgt more than
4.4 lbs of explosive...?!
