[78-L] Help Requested For Foreign Shipping Rates

[David Lennick]

Nothing that large, just packages containing a couple of CDs. I'm not sure if 
that fits Canada Pest's "Small Packet" category but shipping one of those 
usually costs a little under four dollars.
