[78-L] Locating a Reagan item

A special collections librarian freind-of-a-freind is trying to locate a 
little give-away record from 1961.  I think it's a 7" 33 1/3 in a picture 
sleeve and the title is  "Ronald Reagan Speaks Out Against Socialized 
Medicine."

Does anyone have a clue as to a dealer who might have such an item?  Yes, 
thanks,  I DID think of eBay,  Goodwill,  etc.
