[78-L] film request for a silent 78 side

OK, this scenario makes sense, and they would solve the problem of 
having consistent sound throughout the entire scene.

Another solution is simply to stop the machine as soon as any moving 
parts are out of frame (assuming this happens) and in post edit the 
"quiet" groove sound to make a clip of it loop.
