[78-L] Moten's "South"

"South" may have been issued to juke box operators in the mid 40s, in which 
case it would indeed have been pressed on both sides. This sounds familiar. The 
V-38021 would have been the original issue in Victor's "race" series and 24893 
the renumbering in the regular Victor catalogue around 1935.
