[78-L] what are Concertone Records?

Saw a handful recently, 10" shellac, very plain labels, title and 
composer credit but none for the performers.

Example - Prelude in G Minor (Rachmaninoff) - Salon Orchestra

I'll Take You Back Again Kathleen - Tenor with orchestra

Contralto with Orchestra

Salon Orchestra

and so forth and so on. You know the drill. I believe the price listed 
on the sleeve is 50 cents.

So what are these things? Budget labels for the department stores?
