Vista, but I don't really think it would make any difference.  I believe it's the font that's important, since the font file will contain all of the characters available.  And if they are available in one version of Windows, they are most likely available in all.  Still, it rather confirms that the swastika dates back to the Chinese development of ideographs, two, three thousand years ago?  Why Adolf chose it is anyone's guess.
