Oh my, it really is SO easy. You do need a Unicode font. Then click on Symbol, scroll down to any Unicode font, and you will find lower and upper case "double quote" for both U and O. They should look like this, provided our Email providers can handle this. Ȕ ȕ Ȍ ȍ Howard
