[78-L] What happened to Columbia's masters and the masters from some of the other companies? Could they still be used?

Columbia also has its masters Iron Mountain although some tapes and LP pressings are in NYC. When they moved from Bridgeport to Pittman NJ they had AFR Lawrence tell them which historical masters to keep, and he made many pressings for himself which are now in LC and R&H.

Most of the masters Victor destroyed were clients’ property after they were given opportunity to retrieve them. Acoustical popular and foreign language also were destroyed. A vast majority of electrical recordings and classical DO exist in the Iron Mountain storage facility.

I know many of Victor's masters were destroyed when Victordemolished its Camden warehouse. Does anybody know what happened toColumbia's masters and the masters from some of the other companies? Ifthese masters were found, would it still be possible to make recordings fromthem?
Take care,
Eric
