[78-L] Delete email sent in error.

I can delete it from the archives, so it will not show up on the archive web pages, but it went 
out to all the members almost immediately when it was sent.

I will not be at a computer that has access to the 78-L mail server until tomorrow.  Then I will 
edit the archives and delete it.
