[78-L] Santa tracking

Can somebody point me to a recording(s) of the old Santa tracker from the 1950s?  I think this was CONLRAD or something like that from the Cold War era. 

I was telling the kids at the college radio station about that and if I can find it they will run it on Christmas Eve. 

I had a horribly beat up copy and probably gave it away. Had a blue label.
