The most common band theme might well be "The west, a nest and you," played by Mart Kenney for a couple of decades.

"The Youngbloods of Beaver Bend" was a 1930's Manitoba series with the theme "The Little Grey Home in the West".
"The Happy Gang" reversed the flow of American programs imported to Canada, and was actually carried in the USA on Mutual.  Their first theme was "Smiles", or something, but was replaced with the well known "Keep happy with the Happy Gang".
Max "Rawhide" Ferguson used "Clarinet Polka" (recording by Les Paul) on his morning show.
