Can't answer Ray's question but the personnel made me wonder...was this the
session I've read about after which Herbie Haymer was killed in a car wreck
on his way home? 

I once met drummer  Ray Hagen's widow at a rare book fair,  and she was
amazed that I knew who her husband was...
