I did a little research and found that La Bolduc was a
French-Canadian folksinger named Mary (Travers) Bolduc
(https://www.bac-lac.gc.ca/eng/discover/films-videos-sound-recordings/virtual-gramophone/Pages/mary-bolduc-bio.aspx).
I found the lyrics of the song
(https://www.paroles-musique.com/eng/La_Bolduc-Tout_Le_Monde_a_La_Grippe-lyrics,p57254)
and did a rough online translation. I got the impression that it is a
novelty song about the regular flu.

That would be very kind of you, Margaret. Thank you. After receiving
your note I looked on youtube. The recording is there
(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mp5kY8RoCCA) but deciphering the
lyrics is near impossible :)
