I believe you’re asking for current, living/active performers who resemble those people you’ve listed.
Michael Feinstein,
Harry Connick Jr, and
Michael Buble all sound something like Sinatra and Martin. They all pretty much sound alike.
Dean Martin sound like like Bing in 1931 with a little more lubrication.
Doug Green (“Ranger Doug”) of the Riders in the Sky (terrific retro cowboy band since 1976) sings and yodels like Rogers and Autry. Find another living yodeler. I don’t know of any.
Nobody, in my hearing, has the lower timbre of 1940s Crosby, now or in the past.
