Dick Todd (The Canadian Crosby) imitates Bing's whistling and "boo-boo-boo" on "'Tis Autumn" (1943).  The war interrupted his career, and he never really recovered.
Sinatra mentions him in "Dick Haymes, Dick Todd and Como"- Lloyd in Calgary
