[78-L] Exotica

What's interesting about the exotica genre is that Denny's first band, 
formed in Hawaii, had Hawaiian musicians. Arthur Lyman was one of them 
and soon formed his own group, playing the same venues as Denny.
The whole thing is similar to the rise of high-life music in Ghana and 
Nigeria in the late 40's: Caribbean music "brought back" to Africa by US 
soldiers in WW II and developing its own characteristics.
Anyway, Martin's "Exotica" album was cut as early as December 1956 and 
released in 1957, but still probably too late for any 78's. When did 
Liberty issue it's last 78?
