Attention Christopher. Strange. I'm following the post about CHARM label
recording. Only just noticef it's by a Latvian, and
perhaps could be found there. I married into Latvian family, which is how
it seemed to work. My mother-in-law, Ines Silins is 99. She and family
escaped Russian take-over, and still alert and smart. I'll see if there's a
memory of the recording, or the singer.
I will connect in the next ten days, and see if there's any recollection. I
collected Russian and Latvian, and other Ethnic 78's when I was foolish
enough to gather 15-20,000. Some are stored nearby, and worth a peek and
get back to you.
