When you mentioned the hand-written track list, I had an idea.
Could it have been Al Simmons?
He's no longer on the list, and as I recall, he was from the NYC area.
I have a CD somewhere from him, also with handwritten song lists & notes.
Trying to find a specific CD around here is harder than the needle in haystack.
Just a thought.
