Hi Donna -
Don't know about his apperance(s) on KMOX, but here's
a YouTube vid of him doing the song I'm researching:

It is "Blue Pacific Waltz" on Clarion 102, rc. 08/49.
The label is out of Philadelphia, PA.
Certainly could be the same artist.
