Thanks David!
My Banner list shows:
B-2094
GEORGE JESSEL
PROFESSOR LABERMACHER The Nation's Favorite After-Dinner Speaker Side A:
Part 1 Side B: Part 2
B-2097
The Toastmaster Part 1, Part 2 (A-448, A-449) George Jessel
also listed in 78discography.
ANOTHER PUZZLE:
album B-102 A NATION IS BORN 3-10" 78rpm review in Billboard Feb 28, 1948
also notes first HILLBILLY release by the NEVADA SISTERS....
review in Jewish Post,Indianapolis, Marion County, 9 March 1951 lists
narration by Greg Morton the jacket for the album lists Miriam Kressyn as
narrator
were there two versions, two narrators, or is one of these citations in
error ???
ALSO, the LP Banner BAS 1018 A NATION IS BORN: Israel (gatefold jacket)
lists narrator as ART RAYMOND.
I guess the LP was NOT a direct reissue of the 78's, but a re-edited version
???
Thanks.
Thomas.

I don't remember ever seeing Georgie Jessel on Banner. Maybe they were just
hoping? Although they do list him on the back cover of Der Shirtz along with
lots of others..I'll send you a scan.
Pinafore in Yiddish is B104. 713 & 714 are actually matrix numbers..complete
mx numbers are M712A, M713B, M714C and M715D.
