We seem to have a mystery here. This site does seem to confirm that it is Specht with Morris on Harmony 639-H. The group is designated as the Carolina Club Orchestra.

In my earlier post the same Harmony 639-H was identified as the Carolina Collegians or Hal Kemp.
My own notes are obviously wrong. I don't remember where they came from.
One of the two websites are also likely wrong. Did both bands record for Harmony at that time?
The only way to know for sure is for someone more familiar to listen to it.
