[78-L] Operatic Collectors

That may be largely true, but one of the very first record collectors was
John L Norton Sr, who collected popular titles by Will F Denny,D an
Quinn,etc back in the 1890's..same for pioneer collector Brevort O'Dell. My
belief is that people were collecting records since the 1890's and some
liked opera, some liked popular and band records, some liked both.
