[78-L] 3 Seconds of Nothing?

I would be happy to digitize your 16" disc.  I have only a 3 mil diamond stylus and use a Garrard 4HF transcription turntable with
a GE RPJ cartridge.  
Will that suit your needs?
I am in Castle Rock, Washington, about 50 miles north of Portland, Oregon.
