[78-L] 45 adaptor

Just bought a complete, unopened package of yellow 45 rpm to small spindle
adaptors, Transcrber brand (Attleboro, MA!) today.

And, yes, I believe there is a 78 stylus for that cart but I don't remember
wherefrom.
