[78-L] I'm Stumped on who the artst is

Hello everyone,

Normally I am able to fairly easy find a title of a record on the 
internet, whether it be eBay, Discogs, 78 Discography, or Google, 
however this title seems to have zero availabe where I have searched 
thusfar.

The album is :

Marlene Music Pub. Co., No. 660/661 Herb Dickerson with Michelle Trio - 
Carissima - 2:30  / Strange As It Seems - 2:25

Does anyone know who ths is?  This  is a White Label Promo.
