[78-L] Lousy on 78s- great as reissue

I shoulda clarified :) I meant why didn't they make a matrix and mother
from one of the lacquers (presuming two were made at each session) at the
time, unplayed, and dubbing from that to 78. That would wear better than
the lacquer with repeated dubbings.
