I was wondering whether you may know of publications about the gramophone industry in Germany, particularly after WW1? I have heard about Curt Riess' 'Knaurs Weltgesschichte des Schallplatte' (published in 1966), but to my knowledge it hasn't been translated, and I am unsure about its contents...
