[78-L] Coral - Signature Rhapsody in Blue Paul Whiteman Earl Wild

Can anyone provide background information of the

relation between Signature Records (78 label started/headed by

Bob Thiele) and Coral (which reissued some Signature material)

whose A&R man was Thiele. ???

Can anyone confirm that the 1946 RHAPSODY IN BLUE (Signature GP-1) with Earl
Wild and Paul Whiteman is the recording used

on CORAL CRL 57021 issued in 1955  OR that this was a new

recording ?????
